Keep to your word...

It's disappointing to have to report bad service as MiWay was voted the company from last month to have received the most compliments! <br> I get called almost every day from Call2Save on behalf of Miway to try beat my Car Insurance or R400 cash back....a whole lot of BS!! I went through the whole process... however Miway couldn't beat my Insurance. I sent through all my documentation yet no R400 cash back. Reason - sorry actuary department says I don't qualify. <br> <br> So now you have all my documentation and personal information yet how do I benefit from this??? It's a small thing as R400 but it shows the true integrity of the company...if you can't stick to your word how can one trust you with their CAR. <br> <br> If anyone is hesitating to move over to Miway..DONT! They might beat your insurance but who is to say they going to make it easier for you when it comes to claiming back from them. If you can't pay out a mere R400...they no way you can have peace of mind with your car if your insurance is with them. <br> <br> It's really disappointing the way you treat prospective clients with absolutely no response to the ones you made upset! Stop calling me saying you going to give me R400 back! It's all lies
