<p>I got an SMS yesterday that I needed to send an inspection certificate to Miway for my new vehicle. I had sent this certifcate on 1 Nov to ********** However, when I spoke with Nonhlahla and told her my story she checked for the email, she didnt find it. She suggested that i send her the certifcate. We both held on the phone while we waited for technology to show up. She then sent me a test email to ensure that i would respond to the correct email address, in case I had got her email address wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>She was excellent. She empathized and so she encouraged me to be patient. Becasue to her the issue needed to be resolved without me necessarily calling again, taking more time and effort out of my day. Wow service!!!! </p>
