Keba - The friendly MiWay Agent to the Rescue

I am genuinely impressed by the service I have received today from MiWay regarding my plea for them to adjust the suggested increase on payment for my policy. I had expressed the reasons as to why I would need them to consider a slight decrease and Keba did just that, all with a friendly, understanding, sympathetic and enthusiastic tone. The inquiry was placed today via email and Social Media i.e. Twitter and the ammendments were made today. I am definitely a happy client. Thank you Keba for the help and excellent service.
