KEA - IMPRESSIVe
I battled for 2 days to load items, to be insured, via the app. It just not want to load. I phoned the call centre and it took to long to load so I phoned again. I spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Kea. I am IMPRESSED with her service. It was loaded and added to my policy within 20min. She was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Give that LADY a bells!
