Karishma the service queen has outdone herself

I would like to send a huge shout out to Karishma Maharaj for the best service I have ever received. Last year I was unfortunate with an accident where someone rear ended me. The whole experience was not great, however Miway turned things around. Karishma was so friendly and professional. She kept me updated weekly on my recovery of my excess that I had to pay for an accident that was not my fault. Today she gave me the best news ever by letting me know that I will be getting my excess back. I am so grateful to have her and her patience. She gave me 5 star quality service in less that 6 months. I have heard this can take years even but she made it possible within months. You are a star, a professional, you are warm and understanding. Thank you for the great treatment you gave me. May your light never dim, may you flourish in all you do. Thank you for putting yourself in my shoes and making me feel safe and assured.
