i was involved in an accident on the 13th of June 2019. Everything was taking care of very quickly by miway. After my car was fixed i dealt with Justin Smith from legal department. The guy is completely incompentent, i have been chasing him from 2 months to resolve the claim with the insurance company that is liable to pay fro the cost of fixing my car. it is 5 months since i was in accident and this claim has not been closed. My policy is under-review and it will be increased my 700. The service from miway is horrible. Promises and promises they dont keep.
