Just tired of the endless follow ups and no action

You will go crazy doing follow ups on payment for claims. I have so far sent 3 settlement letters from the bank and everytime its a different story as to why they haven't settled yet. I'm probably going to have to send another one soon seeing that the last one I sent will expire on the 2nd of January. I'm tired. Everytime the settlement letter expires they don't even call to say that they need a new one. I'm the one who calls first and then get told to send a new one. So yeah that's fun :)
