Just not responding
The biggest issue with Miway is their inability to communicate or to reply to emails, they only way to get action form Miway is to complain on social media, unfortunately.....

23 Nov 2022, 08:26Someone did phone me and promised that they will get a team leader to phone me, well...nothing happened. I am still no wiser than almost 24 hours ago, the lack of service and no care attitude is mind boggling, especially in a market where short term insurance is quite competitive. This is not good for Miway, even after all my attempts there is just no willingness to even update me on my issue. It has been a week, absolutely terrible!!
