Just Miway doing it Theirway

If you're looking for insurance, well Miway is the worst. As i write my mag rim claim is hanging for more than 6 months now but on their app is says finalised pending excess recovery. At first they wanted to reject the my claim saying that fixing the rim was less than my excess payment. I sent them a report from BMW stating that they had examined the rim and it had to be replaced. That was around October last year. Till today Miway is ducking and diving.
