Just got to my parking bay at my new place of employment

Just got to my parking bay at my new place of employment. When I observed that I have a flat tyre. I've never changed a tyre before so I called MiWay for road side assistance. Call answered by Enock Lemola. Very professional and assisted immidiately. He could hear the panic and uncer*****y in my voice and assured me that assistance is on the way. Within 30 minutes help arrived. He called twice before agent arrived and once more after I received assistance. He's helpful manner made my experience with MiWay worth the while.
