Just don't care.

I have been many years with miway but today they prove to me that they don't care about you as a client all they care is how much money they can get out of you.

So my wife got dismiss from work and she is pregnant as she is responsable for the payment ,i sent them an email regarding this matter that we won't be able to pay for 2 or 3 months and stil they tried to take money twice in this month. So i phoned them to tell them the story ,if there is maby a plan we can make as we wont be able to pay if they can put it on hold even if iam not covered for 2 to 3 months is fine by me. They told me sory they can't do that but they can sell me a 3rd party cover that covers for fire damage and not accident cover that would cost me R150.00 p/m and its beter than nothing she told me.

So aslong as they can get something out of you they are happy , i told her no thank you i don't need the 3rd party cover she said to me sory then there no other way but to cancel all my things. I cancel my life insurance also with miway.

Ive been loyal to you all these years and these is how you say thank you , that is how you treat clients it is disgusting. Ill never use miway agian.
