Just because we're the 3rd Party doesn't mean you can take us for a ride!!!

My Hubby had an accident with my uninsured Vehicle, where the MiWay Insured’s Driver came throught vehicles that was standing and waiting at a robot. One of the cars made way so she could pass between them to turn into a parking area, and she turned right in front of our vehicle.

My Hubby didn’t see her before her vehicles nose came through the stationary vehicles, and was in front of him. He had the right of way, and was still about 200m from the robot.

Now Miway say both parties are in some degree negligent or to blame for the accident. The damages to my vehicle is an Estimated R52,457.00 and the Insurer wants to offer us only R2,825.43.

Please advise if you can help me, of know some-one that can.
