Judith Maluleke from MiWay was incredibly helpful, efficient and proactive in helping me sort out my claim related admin. One of her colleagues had failed for weeks to send me the information I needed to complete my claim and she sorted me out in a few minutes! She is competent and gave me such a positive view of MiWay instead of the frustration I had been experiencing. Well done, Judith.
