My mail is with regards to James Mabotja from the claims department. He assisted me greatly. He was/is very professional.
He took me through all the important details that I did not understand regarding my policy, the matters of claiming. I am very pleased with the excellent service I received from James. He also took his time to counsel me in my unfortunate time.
