<p>I had a house break-in some two weeks back, the ********* stole my tvs, sound system, microwave, iron, kettle, watch and hard drive. As angry and frustrated as I was, Itumeleng Machogo assisted with my claim. He remained calm even though I was impatient with him -his calmness rubbed off on me. He gave regular feedback regarding the progress and made sure I was informed at all times.
