Jewelry claim

I logged a claim on the 16/08/2016 since doing so I feel Miway has made me out to be a suspect / ******** when instead I should be treated as a victum.

I spoke to claims advisor named Prince Ncube, in my opinion his very *********** in his work ethic and customer relations s****s.

The assessor is Ramano Rambau and he is if not the same all he does is look for a way to twist your words over the phone hoping that you say something that he can use to reject your claim.

I have gone to SAPS and they told me that it has been to long since the incident to open a report, I informed them how do you open a case if you have no proof of a crime that has been committed

Ramano Rambau wants to come to my place and take a statment from what took place leading up to the theft of a ring( Yes Miway has time to waste & mine to come to my place and take statments).

I have sent through pictures, valuation certificate even a statement.

Today I am requested to sign a letter of Consent for the following ITC / IDS / EXPERIAN, Tracking company reports, Cell phone records, Surveillance footage to name a few. What does all the above have to do with my claim? in my opinion nothing, when I put in a claim for my vehicle none of the above was ever asked nor anyone that I know that has claimed from Miway only me.

Now you tell me if I am a victim of a theft why would it seem as though I am a suspect in a case.

I think Miway looks for ways not to pay your claim with all sorts of nonsense but let them debit your account for their premium and it’s not a problem. Thank You Miway for this splendid service of trying to ******* your client. At this moment in time I actually don't care if you approve or reject my claim, being humiliated over the phone and explaining your cases to the SAPS and they do nothing is PRICELESS.
