I would like to compliment Jeaninne Fourie for exceptional service. I was truly frustrated for 4 months without a car. The day i got hold of her it took less than a week to have my car back and in mint condition. Jeanine called the service provider everyday for an update and called me back. I did not even have to call and hold for long, she called me and updated me without me asking. Her service is impaccable and world class. She has emphathy and understands client service.
