Jade contacts me not
I've had such horrible experience with Miway and it one person,Jade! I have to follow up with her and she forgets and ask how she can help me when she needs to provide feedback. She is never available and doesn't return calls. Now I have an issue with the repair centre they chose and I don't know who to talk to. The two stars are for Sandile,who, when Jade was on leave for a deal,picked up the phone and called and found out where we were with the process and followed up with the repairer. Jade is nonchalant!

03 Nov 2023, 13:15What an experience? No wonder you rally only asking customers to give you rating. Do what you need to do and people will rate you,voluntarily! I am still begging and pleading for feedback! It is fine don't give me feedback,I want my car back,where you got it,cancel my policy and give me my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!
