I've been with miway for more than 10 years, I am in the process of making a claim and I cannot get through to anyone since Tuesday, I have tried the whatsapp chat and the 646464 helpline, I have asked my claim handler to phone me multiple times to no eff
I've been with miway for more than 10 years, I am in the process of making a claim and I cannot get through to anyone since Tuesday, I have tried the whatsapp chat and the 646464 helpline, I have asked my claim handler to phone me multiple times to no effect. I have been without a car for almost 3 weeks now.

22 Oct 2024, 09:12this took just over 3 months, miway eventualy told me to F off and paid me a tiny settlement. I hope anyone insured by miway thinks again. There is a reason they aren't even rated in the top 10 of all motor inusrers in south africa according to Forbes and Statista’s rankings
