<p>I received my (ANNUAL) updated policy on my car insurance. I was dissapointed with the fact that my premium was being increased. I started to comptemplate shopping around for quotations.</p> <p>I emailed Miway and explained that i live on a budget and cannot pay anymore than i am already paying.</p> <p>I then received a call from the (Senior Adviser) Itumeleng Selau. He was extremely polite and helpful. He easily calmed me down and explained that he will try and do everything in his power to make my premium as affordable as possible.</p> <p>I was delighted when he told me that due my being a loyal client of Miway for over 7 years. He was going to hold my premium to what it was last year. No increase !!! He changed it back.</p> <p>I am extremely satisfied that he was able to make my premium affordable again.</p> <p>I will always be loyal to Miway as long as they have Miracle workers like Tumi Selau with them.</p> <p>I stayed loyal to Miway because of Tumi Selau.</p> <p>Thank you Tumi.</p>
