It's unfortunate that my query had to be sent to the complaints department but i'm happy with the way my complaint was handled by Katlego from the complaints department
It's unfortunate that my query had to be sent to the complaints department but i'm happy with the way my complaint was handled by Katlego from the complaints department. She was very professional. She listened to my query/ issue and resolved it immediately. She also continued to offer me further support on other queries. Great job Katlego. You are the kind of person that people need for such instances.
