It’s so sad that I’m currently unable to pay excess because of lockdown, financially I have challenges hoping exception can be made or reviewed for my claim.

I was involved in an attempted hijacking at Soweto on the 30th Aug 2020, those fools took my phone and car keys so I was left stranded at the scene.

I tried to make calls using my laptop since I was having my bag in the car which they didn’t notice and I managed to go through claims.

I was assisted by Ntokozo Sibeko - Theft Agent , he logged a claim for me however he was unable to contact me Back because I didn’t have a phone BUT what best he did is that he went extra mile to locate my location and he came straight to the scene. He arranged tow truck to tow the car since keys were taken and he stayed with me at the scene until SAPS arrived and the tow truck.

May he continue to be dedicated towards his work and also go extra mile to all your clients, one thing I learned in my situation is that hope was restored because of the good customer service from Ntokozo Sibeko. Clearly Miway has best agents who knows how to treat clients who are in bad situations, turning the situations to solutions.
