It’s all rosey when they sign you up for joining their insurance ,you get more than 5 calls from their agents but when you are faced with traumatic events ,there’s no one available to call and walk you through ,you come across arrogant claim advisors like Makhothalo Moleko who is dealing with my claim ,she lacks empathy and will be sending rude emails and pretending be calling you with no success ,this lady is busy asking me to send a picture of the item that’s ****** .I’ve heard people complain about this company when handling claim ,my experience has not been a pleasant one .
