It's a **** . Don't take motor cover. They won't fix

I submitted claim for rims and Tyre. They canceled it without helping me . I got very up set and canceled the motor combo cover . Also submitted a claim form my windscreen which I was told if I do it via the app I get R1000 off . My excess on the windscreen is 750 . I didn't have that money. So they canceled that one two . For 3 years I had been paying for this cover and for what ? They want so much supporting this and that as if its a comprehensive cover accident . Which I have them but still nothing
