Its 4 stars as I am still waiting for the outcome of my accident claim. I have just spoken to Bjorn Laurens on the progress of my claim. I had a lot of questions and he was patient in answering all of them. I must admit that whenever I speak to claims advisors on WhatsApp, Bjorn usually gives more concrete advise. Clear and not confusing.
