It was my first time claiming

It was my first time claiming. I needed MiWay to assist me to claim from the third party and I must say the process was not easy and they did not even bother to assist me as their client for the past 2 years. I was literally told that it was my faulty and I should go try small claim imagine. I am still considering on canceling my policy with them. Marry Anne the consultant from day one was the only person who made the process easy she helped me until the end, alway provided feedback on time and made sure I understood everything. Her customer service was great
