It was my first time calling MiWay ever since we signed up

It was my first time calling MiWay ever since we signed up. The person assisting me (Ntokozo) ensured I got assisted promptly. He was friendly and understood I was frustrated thus made sure that the road assistant and myself kept in contact. He kept checking up on me to see if I was still safe. Unfortunately the road assistant could not assist me as the issue was beyond his capabilities. I called MiWay to advise them and within 30 minutes a tow truck was sent to me. My car was towed to a safe place. I then expressed to Ntokozo that since I need to go to work tomorrow and I don't have a car, I am worried. In no time he came up with a plan to send me Uber vouchers! Kudos Ntokozo!
