It was my first time...
It was my first time to use my insurance for anything in my life.. I was not even sure of the process or what I a covered for. The consultant Jimmy Erusmus was very helpful.. Kept me calm and walked me through everything. He also remained in constant communication anytime I needed clarity until everything was sorted out. Stellar services from Jimmy Erusmus, kudos to him and MiWay!
