It was fine at the beginning but it seems I became less important the longer I was with them. Most of their consultants were unprofessional. The insurance kept going high as I asked for help. When I cancelled 2 policies I spoke to Bonolo Magagula who was so professional and I wish they had more people like him there. The worst person in this company is Mashudu Mthombeni who didn't care and took over 2 months to complete my claim.
