<p>I became MiWay's client for a short period. I must say that if I had met Ms. kitso Modisane I would have remained being MiWay's client. When we talk customer service and satisfaction ,it is what I received from her. I wish MiWay could have many Kitso's. I urge MiWay to recognise services that are being delivered by its staff members like Kitso Modisane. She takes her time and patience to talk to the client until he/she understands. I must tell you that I was very angry to see a debit order going off my bank account to MiWay when I had cancelled the policy but at the end of the day I am calm because of her humanity and understanding clients. </p>
