It was a good experience. I explained the situation to the agent, Trayhan, who was very helpful to explain the procedure going forward. Trayhan was very professional and caring, as he checked several times if the service provider, appointed by MiWay, had made contact with my wife, who was stuck by the side of the road. Trayhan also provided regular feedbacks on the progress of the process, and made contact with my wife to try and get her location, so that he could provide accurate information to the appointed service provider of the towing services.
