It's not MiWay, it's TheirWay
<p>I recently submitted a claim to MiWay and submitted two quotes which they ignored. Instead they assessed the damage from photos I had to provide and offered an amount equal to 60% of my lowest quote. The vehicle is still under guarantee and must be repaired by an accredited panelbeater. Instead they referred me to some non-accredited supplier in Benoni. I believe that there is a direct link between MiWay's conduct and low premiums.</p>
