It has taken more than a month for my claim to be approved

It has taken more than a month for my claim to be approved. I wanted to take my car for repairs in the beginning of this month (May 2025) already but I'm not getting the required service from the consultant "Teddy Rapakgadi". I've received an email on 08 May 2025 stating that I was unreachable, yet, there's no missed calls on my phone. I've called and asked several times for a call back, and even asked to speak to a manager (last one was last week Monday). Its more than a week later and nothing from MiWay. I'm very unhappy!
