Issues Abroad - Got resolved - FINALLY

i had issues cancelling my insurance with miway, it took some time for anyone to actually call me back, when they did, Adelaide Twala - Assisted me promptly and professionally, and sorted out my concern. - my car insurance was cancelled, and backdated to the day i sold my car. which is great.

as an expat working abroad it is difficult to make internationals calls when you have a simple issue/instruction to request from an insurance company, but Adelaide went out of her way to insure that my query got resolved as soon as possible. i was frustrated, and dispirited but Adelaide gave me a second sight into quality of service in south Africa.
