Is this legal

<p>Hi iam been insured by miway from the 1june 2014 on the31/1/2017 i regesterd a claim with miway .i had a accedent with my motorcycle .they told me to get n qoute on the damage .the qoute was R39645.45 The bike was insured for R35000 Dean from Miway called me saying that they will pay out R35000 less R2500 for the acses i acsepted and mailed him the regestration documents of the bike on the8/2/2017 after he recived the mail he phoned me again and said they will deduck another R7700 is this legal .well he said he will send a courrier to pickup the original papiers till today nobody picked up the papiers and i havent been paid my money i treid phoning him several thimes but his phone stayes on voice mail.</p>
