*** is rude and arrogant. BE AWARE OF MIWAY AND THEIR GROUP

[04/12, 07:54] Angie 🌸: I've been with MiWay Insurance for years. Never had a claim. For the first time recently I had to submit a claim and the manner in which they handled it was with such a lack of openness and transparency that I will never use MiWay again. If you are with MiWay I just wanted to raise awareness that I've done some research and they are one of the worst Insurances and their group to have a policy with. Just though that I would share this with you. I'm the primary driver and David secondary driver that was on the policy and now they refuse to cover the claim because the secondary driver was driving and I have fully comprehensive insurance. I sent them his licence and asked them to add him as a driver on my policy.

*** is a **** and an extremely arrogant individual. He told me that he was closing my claim before he had even presented it to the committee???

If you ever have a small claim like me, be aware that Miway will lie and tell you that they want to contact family and friends to determine the condition of the vehicle before the accident but instead will ask them personal questions that you did not consent to, intimidate your witnesses and go against the POPIA ACT.

BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL INVESTIGATE YOUR LIFE IN ORDER TO DENY YOUR CLAIM

I put my concerns out to social media and the feedback from numerous people including tow trucks and panel beaters is that MiWay is one of the worst Insurances to ever use.
