Is i Mi way
<p>I have been requesting my voice recordings for more than a week from this company. They just dont care and dont want to send me the information. You can even speak to management. It wont help. They leave me no choice but to go to the FIAS ombudsman to get this information. And by the way this is also the way they handle your claims.</p>
