Irritating Miway staff refuses to cancel contract quickly and efficiently

Trying to cancel a MiWay policy but Tebogo at Retentions refuses. Lectures me, wastes my time, refuses to transfer me to a manager! Wasting my time so I had to put the phone down. Still do not know when/if I can expect my refund. What a lousy experience and unsatisfactory result for such a simple request. Actually sums up my Miway experience. Also never had ANY feedback regarding my R4000 excess refund!! Miway will never have me back as a client
