I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service provided by Miway. From the moment I signed up, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. [The excess to claims are not as discussed, excess is made so high that they only cover a small portion not to mention the poor customer service, lack of transparency but they are quick to ***** your money. I have been paying my premiums but no luck when it comes to claims, they're a **** if you ask me.

Despite my repeated attempts to address my concerns, I have been met with unhelpful responses and unprofessional behavior. It is clear that MiWay does not prioritize their customers, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

If you're considering an insurance provider, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. There are much better options that offer quality service and care for their clients.

I will be taking my business elsewhere and advise anyone reading this to do the same.
