Worst worst insurance company every, i have a warranty plan with Miway and it had that i communicated with one of their agents named Paseka Marite requesting to change my banking details and payment arrangements that needs to go off my new Acc, which he didn't capture any of that on the system, after sometime i received an cancelation email of my Plan with Miway, when i called not only was Paseka rude but he felt to entitled he failed to assist me, the matter was then handed over to Bonolo by Nomsa from Collections whom i even forwarded the whatsapp conversations via email, up to date i still don't have an active policy...i am being taken up and down pillar to post....no one reaches out to myself should i not request for a callback and a way forward.
