i had a pleasant conversation with Nokwazi Mdluli on their chat box on the App and she assisted me with my details change, thought it will be a hassle and she just made it so easy, thought they were going to ask if they can call and increase my premium and everything was done in that chat, no nasty surprises. It is definitely insurance my way. Love it, they better not change because I’m still a happy client and hope to be like this for years to come.
