<p>I recently had the pleasure of dealing with David from MiWay Insurance and what a pleasure it is to speak and deal with someone who not only cares about their job but about my expectations as well. After trying to cancel my policy with MiWay to go to a rival insurance company for budget reasons, not only was I convinced to stay with MiWay but they also managed to reduce my premium lower than everyone else.</p> <p>David is number in my books and MiWay is very fortunate to have such a person in you retentions department and on your staff.</p> <p>You need to give him a Gold Star.</p> <p>Thank You MiWay, I wouldn't have it any other way!</p>
