Insurance *******

My premium has gone up by approximately 55%. I am viewing my option to get a better or more cost effective insurer. I want value for money. My first ever claim and the result was a drastic increase in premium.

It was also not explained that the claim would effect the premiums. I did enquire about it at the time. It was explained no premiums will be effected.

The excess was still paid for the claim as well. Although I can agree, staff are very friendly./helpfull.
