Insurance review

I called Mi Way trying to cancel my insurance,because I got a better deal from other insurance competitors with lower premiums compatriot Mi Way. I was transferred to a senior consultant Thapelo who showed keenness in his work,he was patient with me and asked me why I needed to cancel,after explaining to him,he made efforts to secure me as Mi Way client by reviewing my insurance and offered me a better deal. He however could not beat the other insurances premiums,but his positive attitude and the effort he displayed to assist me ,made me to realise it's not only about money saving for being at Mi Way insurance,but the professionalism and treatment I receive as a client.
