INSURANCE QUOTED CHANGED WITHIN 7 DAYS
On the 23rd of October, I took out a vehicle insurance with Miway, I was quoted 353 rand. on the 31st, they changed the insurance to R489. it has been phone calls, emails etc, with no satisfactory conclusion. They did not phone me, to tell me the rand value was changing, or why it was changing. I just received an updated policy. i have just been deducted the updated amount. and still no feedback from them. HOW CAN THEY CHANGE A QUOTED POLICY, without any discussion with the customer as to why they changed it by R136.
