Insurance quotation deception

Miway promised to beat my car insurance or pay me R200. I was reluctant to do a quotation with Miway as previous quotations have yielded undesired outcome. However, I agreed to continue with the quotation on the basis that they will offer me something better or pay me R200. That what they promised. As I expected, Miway were not able to beat my current deal (the offer was actually 3x my current offer). I was then asked to send my insurance schedule for them to process the payment, which I did. I have not heard anything from Miway for over two weeks now. This lead me to believe that I was deceived. I'm very unhappy with this.
