Insurance Premium Review - Buhle Nkuna

My insurance premium recently went up due to the yearly increase. I was unhappy with the new premium and requested a call back from Miway consultants I received a call from this humble, understanding and professional individual who made me feel appreciated and valued. She went an extra mile to decrease my premium (I must admit, I gave her a hard time at 1st because of my frustration with the increase) but she was down to earth and listened attentively with only one motive which is to ensure that I'm happy with my policy. She managed to decrease my premiums, I was still not happy, she then went an extra mile and spoke to her line manager and eventually got me a decent discount on my premium :) I would like to take this opportunity and thank Buhle Nkuna for her exceptional work and professionalism Keep up the good work Regards, Vincent
