Insurance policy that won't cancel

It's very easy to join Miway car insurance, bt it's so annoying to cancel the policy, when you do not need it anymore. Yoh i am so drained by Miway insurance, because i have been trying to cancel the policy with no success before i even join my current policy, nw i have this policy that wn't cancel and current policy. I called them and i told them that i want to cancel the policy with them, i stated my reason for cancelling & i also answered all questions asked regarding my personal details as well as my car details for confirmation i guess. I was even asked that was i realy sure that i want to cancel my policy with them and i said YES . I dn't knw why was i asked that question, since they wasn't going to cancel my policy. After calling them regarding my policy cancellation i have been getting masseges, calls and emails that are nt relevant to my request some smg's were stating that my policy is still active and i responded to them vai an email regarding my cancellation n they chose to ignore that email. So i dn't need Miway to call me anymore because they is nothing different i am going to say to them but instead to cancel the policy that all. I have never made any claim with Miway ever since i join the policy and hence i have never expirienced any problem with them before bt now it's a different story. I regret joining the policy period.

I am so tired of saying one thing over and over again that is not changing, on your reply, you said you hear me and you sorry blah blah... which is not true you didn't even attempt to cancel my policy. I think Miway mistreat clients on purpose they just don't care about there clients intrests instead they care about their money.Today i went to my bank to get my bank statement and guess what i saw that Miway made an anauthorized transation from my account that i did not approve of since last month i called them to cancel my insurance with them. But they chose not too i guess and i wonder for what reasons. It's my money that i work hard for that you are just taking without my permission and its my right to cancel the policy if i no longer need it anymore, because i am the one who's paying , the sad thing is i have never even made a claim with this insurance which means the money i have already paid all this months will go down the drain, bt i am not that sad, because you took it with my permission but this time around what you doing is against my will . Well this time Miway took my money through out a direct transation, they didn't debit it as they used to debit it before. I guess you did that so that i won't be able to reverse it. That is *****ing according to me, because i am no longer your cleint anymore but you keep on taking my money by force. Please cancel cancel cancel... my policy with you and pay back that amount you took on my account today .
