I contacted Thapelo for a review of my car insurance policy and a reduction on my monthly premium amount. Thapelo got me fair reduction on my monthly premium and also extra cover of shortfall on top of that. He also called me five days later to check if I needed anything more regarding my policy changes. His service and communication was great.
