Insurance not to be trusted!!!!

Approximately 2 weeks ago I received a call from the insurance, they called to do a quote for my vehicle since they were running a R1000 challenge against my current insurance. Was told that if they cannot match or give me a lesser quote I would then be paid R1000 within 3 working days. I then sent them a copy/proof of my current insurance premium and they went silent thereafter. On my pay day, a debit order of R58 went off by MiWay, bearing in mind that they are not my insurance. I called their call centre and was transferred from one agent to another without an explanation. So, they not only ***** but ******* too....
